Store Manager

Job Description

• ✦Manage all showroom operations: personnel, warehouse, sales, customer service.
• ✦Assign and evaluate employee KPIs (sales, Shopify data, punctuality).
• ✦Full authority to operate Shopify Admin: products, orders, inventory, reports.
• ✦Prepare sales reports, analyze best-selling products, suggest new inventory.
• ✦Report directly to the brand owner, propose operational improvements.

Requirements

• ✦University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design.
• ✦Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management (preferably home decor, lifestyle).
• ✦Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; quick learner of Shopify Admin.
• ✦Systematic thinking, leadership skills, and refined aesthetic sense.

Sales Associate

Job Description

• ✦Welcome and consult customers at the showroom — understand needs, style, space.
• ✦Create new products on Shopify: information, metafields, basic SEO.
• ✦Process orders on Shopify POS, coordinate with warehouse for packing.
• ✦Post on fanpage daily at 3:00 PM using CAHA standard templates.
• ✦Maintain showroom display to standard: clean, correct placement, correct pricing.

Requirements

• ✦College/University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Fine Arts, Interior Design.
• ✦Ability to consult, listen — no hard selling, no over-promising.
• ✦Refined language, suitable for mid-to-high-end customer segment.
• ✦Preference: 1+ year of sales experience in furniture, home decor, or fashion industry.

Warehouse Staff

Job Description

• ✦Receive goods from suppliers: count, cross-check PO, record discrepancies/defects.
• ✦Update inventory on Shopify after each delivery.
• ✦Arrange and label product locations — ensure easy retrieval.
• ✦Conduct periodic stocktakes and report discrepancies.
• ✦Assist with packing shipping orders when needed.

Requirements

• ✦High school graduate or higher, proficient in using smartphones.
• ✦Careful, meticulous — one unit error means the entire inventory is wrong.
• ✦Capable of physical work: carrying, arranging goods.
• ✦Honest and responsible for inventory data.

Personal Assistant

This position is for someone who wants to understand the entire operational picture, working directly with the brand owner — no experience required, training from scratch.

Job Description

• ✦Track and compile daily/weekly Shopify reports — send proactively before being asked.
• ✦Manage schedule, reminders, and track deadlines for ongoing tasks.
• ✦Draft emails and messages to suppliers and partners as required.
• ✦Personal support: booking appointments, arranging travel, handling ad-hoc tasks.
• ✦Store and categorize internal files, contracts, and documents on Google Drive.

Required Qualities

• ✦Absolute honesty — this is a non-negotiable condition.
• ✦Good memory, observation skills, discreet and able to keep information confidential.
• ✦Proactive — does what needs to be done without waiting to be told.
