Online Order Process

1. Product Selection Select products, quantity, attributes (color, size if applicable), and add to cart.

3. Provide Shipping Information Full name, phone number, shipping address, email (if any), and shipping notes.
4. Review & Confirm Transaction Details The system will display full product information, estimated shipping method and delivery time, total value, and payment method. You can edit or cancel at this step.
5. Confirm Agreement & Submit Order Confirm agreement to the terms, then select "Place Order / Checkout" — the system will record your order request.
6. Order Confirmation from Cậu Hai The shop will confirm via email, phone, message, or order status on the system as soon as possible.
