The Story of Cậu Hai Home Decor: From a Small Workshop to a High-End Home Couture Space
In 2017, in a small workshop filled with the scent of pine, the two founders of Cậu Hai Home Decor began their journey. They diligently repurposed pallet wood into rustic furniture, then personally photographed and sold their creations online. To their surprise, their first customer came directly to their home to see and choose products in person. This initial trust and positive feedback became the motivation for the founding duo to expand their creativity – from the initial pallet shelves, they added charming small decor items: sparkling light boards, decorative stickers, and inspiring desk accessories.
Cậu Hai Home Decor's Journey: From 2017 to High-End Spaces
By 2019, from a home-based carpentry workshop, Cậu Hai Home Decor officially established its brand and launched its first store at 438 Su Van Hanh Street (Ho Chi Minh City).
Cozy space
Initially just a cozy ground-floor space, that small shop became a gathering place for those who love decor.
Incremental upgrades
Thanks to customer support, the space expanded to the first and then the second floor, transforming the small shop into a multi-story "art gallery" where every corner tells its own aesthetic story.

Alongside this development, Cậu Hai Home Decor gradually transcended its role as a typical retail store to become a guide for customers' aesthetic living.
The next milestone was the establishment of CAHA Home Living – a high-end showroom at 166 Ngo Gia Tu, Vuon Lai Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is not just a new display location, but also a declaration of the brand's position: a home couture space where artistry and personal touches blend. At CAHA Home Living, every corner exudes a bespoke spirit – tailored for those who appreciate beauty. This showroom is like a miniature penthouse, where guests immediately feel the essence of luxury and sophistication in every detail.

1. Is the product the same as the picture on the website?
Each product is 100% real shot at Cau Hai showroom, standard studio lighting. However, color may differ slightly due to device screen or actual lighting.
2. Can I check the goods before paying?
- For Ho Chi Minh City area: Customers can check the goods upon receipt - before payment.
- For other provinces: Please deposit 500,000 VND in advance or pay 100% of the first order value . Due to the nature of fragile and easily scratched products (mirrors, ceramic cups, decorative statues...), Cau Hai does not encourage multiple shipping .
Before sending the goods, Mr. Hai will proactively record a real video or make a video call so that customers can carefully check the product - ensuring absolute transparency and peace of mind.
We put meticulousness and honesty first – because each item sent is a precious relationship.
3. If the product is defective, can I exchange/return it?
Mr. Hai supports 1-for-1 exchange for manufacturer defects within 48 hours of receiving the product (with unboxing video). Exchanges are not applicable for reasons of personal taste, aesthetics, or dislike or not suitable for the house.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Ho Chi Minh City: fast delivery within working days.
Other provinces: 2-5 days depending on the area.
